Battlesbridge Antiques Centre

The largest Antiques Centre in Essex, established in 1967.

Five period buildings - Cromwell House, The Bridgebarn, The Haybarn, The Old Granary and Muggeridge Farm, house over 80 dealers, who offer advice, valuations and expert opinions without charge.

Refreshments available at The Barge Inn or The Old Granary, which also has spectacular views over the River Crouch and surrounding area.

Free Admission and Free Parking. Special Events also held throughout the year.

  • BY ROAD:
    Midway between Chelmsford & Southend off the A130. Follow the white on brown tourism signs 'Battlesbridge Antiques Centre' and 'Craft and Antiques Centre'
  • FROM NORTH:
    Take Junction 28 M25 Via A12 to A130 towards Southend.
    or Take Junction 29 M25 via A127 to A130 towards Chelmsford.
  • FROM SOUTH:
    Take Junction 30 M25 Via A13 East to A130 towards Chelmsford
  • BY RAIL:
    Off the Liverpool st. to Southend line. Some through trains to Southminster or change at Wickford for Southminster - First stop Battlesbridge
